You can be sure of close tolerance to your exact specifications from our state-of-the art machinery.
Our machinery can be used on materials from 0.5mm to 150mm (6 inches) thickness and up to a maximum sheet size 3 x 2 metres.
The Flow T11 2000 Twin Head Cutting Machine processes a high pressure mixture of water and sand, which provides a fine beam that accurately cuts material. Water jet cutting means no damage through heat distortion or hardening and no toxic fumes.
Metal Cutting
With metal prices set to rise again it has never been more important to save materials you don’t use.
The waste generated by some cutting techniques can really affect what you pay. We use manual nesting as well as auto-nesting techniques. We only charge for the material used - by maximising material usage we can charge you less.

Tile Cutting
We provide a tile-cutting service to domestic, commercial and industrial clients, from a single tile to unlimited quantities.
Once cut each tile is individually air-dried, quality-checked, re-packed and all boxes re-glued and palettised if necessary.
